The brush name in my files is にじみ&ノイズ you can also find it as “Noise” it’s supposed to be a default from SAI (same as the texture “Paper”) so it should be around the folders of the program, but you can also google it, it’s a .bmp (o’-‘)o adding brushes to Sai is a whole different thing than photoshop though fskjlfs I recommend searching tutorials for that
